We currently ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days): $20.00

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has shipped and are estimates provided by the carrier. Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

At this time, we do not offer local pickup.

We hope you love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, original tags must be attached, items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or signs of wear, and return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued to the email address associated with your order.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: sale and clearance items, gift cards, seasonal or holiday merchandise, personalized or customized items, and any item marked as final sale.

Once your return has been approved and received, your store credit will be issued electronically.

We carefully inspect all products before they leave our boutique. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Our team will review the issue and work with you to find the best solution.

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and make it right.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Siesta & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your package is missing, we recommend verifying the shipping address on your order, checking around your property, asking neighbors or household members, or contacting the shipping carrier directly.
